One leaf, one chain Every leaf on the tree is a very real chain: a bracelet that travels, and all the acts of kindness shared by the hands that held it. The tree you see growing is a preview — it will grow for real from the launch in fall 2026.

How a chain gets going

A chain of acts of kindness needs a thread so it doesn't get lost. That thread is a bracelet that passes from one person to the next.

You receive the bracelet Someone does an act of kindness for us, and hands it to us.
You tell what you received A few words are enough. They join the chain.
You do an act of kindness in turn For anyone at all. Often, it's something very small.
You hand on the bracelet To the person you did the act of kindness for. And it keeps going.
